US: rates vary based on weight. Free Shipping over $150

All international countries: calculated at checkout

At this time we do not offer rush shipping.

Shipping Times:

For environmental and human friendly reasons, this product is only made when you order it. Typically, this product will be made in about a week, we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.

Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days. 

Once we ship your item, the carrier parcel is responsible for any issues with lost mail. Please contact USPS, UPS or DHL if your package has been stolen or lost in mail. We only refund orders if they are shipped back to our facility.

For international orders, please be aware of any additional fees in your country; The purchaser will pay any additional taxes & duties not covered at checkout in addition with the purchase price of the goods. 

 

Heavenly Delusions is not responsible for any orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
