It will generally take 2 to 7 days for your item to arrive.

Shipping varies depending on weight. Orders over $100 ship free. Please see the Shipping & Delivery section for additional information.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?

We do not offer rush shipping at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, so be sure to visit our size guide and policies page before purchase.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Please be aware of your country's import taxes and fees in customs if this is the case.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

For best results, use the following guidelines:

  • Turn your clothing inside out - it helps protect the design
  • Wash with cold/cold water - it is gentle on the design and helps prevent fading and shrinkage
  • Use delicate cycle
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Avoid fabric softner
  • Avoid bleach
  • Do not use bleach
  • For best results, hang dry away from sunlight. If you must use the dryer, use a low heat setting and tumble dry.
  • If you need to iron, cover the design with a light cloth and keep you iron on a low setting.

We are so sorry about this! Please email info@heavenlydelusions.com with your name and order number explaining what happened so we can try and resolve the issue.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT AT MY HOUSE.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen after the delivery service has marked them as delivered. We strongly encourage you to keep track of the tracking information from the email confirmation emails that we send out.
